WealthForge is proud to be recognized as a winner of the UBS Future of Finance Challenge. Earlier this week in New York City, we had the opportunity to pitch our business model and the efficiencies created by the Invest Button to the UBS Innovation Team as well as several high-level global executives. From more than 600 submissions across 52 countries, WealthForge was selected as one of 15 semi-finalists. As one of the largest global wealth managers with over a trillion dollars in assets under management, we are thrilled that UBS identified the WealthForge platform as a leading technology with potential to unlock significant scalability to their network of financial advisors and investment banking professionals.

The future of private capital formation is changing rapidly and WealthForge is leading the way. We believe that technology can simplify the arduous, costly and complicated process of raising private capital. With the WealthForge Invest Button, anyone raising private capital can take advantage of an intuitive, modern approach to managing the process of raising more private capital in less time. We’ve integrated advanced technology with a standardized transaction process and effective risk management to make the entire process simpler and more transparent. Now, large financial institutions like UBS are beginning to see how WealthForge’s solutions can improve their service offerings.

Next month, we’re headed to Zurich to compete against finalists from the New York, London, Zurich, and Singapore regional competitions. We are honored to have UBS’s support and look forward to the opportunity to work closely with them in the future.
